Sapphiron

Sapphiron is the penultimate boss in Naxxramas, and is only accessible after defeating all the bosses in the other four wings. The mechanics of the fight requires Frost Resistance gear, and to organize positioning well.

Overview

Tank

The Tank needs to hold Sapphiron in the middle of the room. Stack Frost Resistance Gear and Stamina for this encounter. During Air Phase, be on your feet and hide behind an Ice Block of a frozen raider.

Damage Dealers

Melee DPS should be maximizing their output on the boss, positioned on the side of a back foot to avoid

[Cleave]

and

[Tail Sweep]

. Ranged DPS need to spread out evenly throughout the room. Avoid Blizzard. During Air Phase, be on your feet and hide behind an Ice Block of a frozen raider. Mages and druids need to focus on decursing

throughout this encounter.

Healers

Lots of Raid healing will be needed during this fight due to
